With Vayoo page you can have an updated overview of the visibility of your listing in Airbnb search result pages. You can see in which days your property is visible and in which days is not.
When a user makes a search on Airbnb, the platform only displays 18 pages with 18 listings on each page (324 listings). So in large cities with a high Airbnb density, many listings stay out of the first 18 pages. For example, if you search homes in New York or Barcelona, you will only get 18 suggestions on the first page. Ideally, you will be among those 18 recommendations or at least, in the next 17 pages. But this is not always the case.
If your property is not visible it means that when people search in your city with no filters, your listing does not appear within these firsts 18 pages.
This does not mean necessarily that there is a problem. Probably your listing will appear if the user uses some specific filters, or narrows its search.
In our results, you will see one of the following icons:
A number from 1 to 18. This number is the page number in which your listing appears.
∞. An infinite symbol. It means that your listing appears after the page 18th in Airbnb search results
-. An hyphen. It means that your listing does not appear in the search results, because it is the last day of a period, in which the minimum stay requirement makes impossible this day to appear in the search results.
!. The exclamation mark. It means that your listing does not appear in the search results due to the minimum stay requirement period. You will not rent your property this day unless you change the requirement.
. Red borders means that we recommend you to change the minimum stay requirement to increase your booking probabilities.
