If you enter your Airbnb Id and we don't find your property, it can be due to one of the following reasons:
- The Airbnb Id you introduced doesn't exist or is deactivated or in Snooze mode. See how to activate your listing here.
- Our system is not monitoring your property yet. However, once you introduce an Airbnb Id, we'll find that property for you in less than an hour. An internal notification will be sent to you when we find it.
- Airbnb's site is experiencing problems at the moment. Yes...they are not perfect. They also have problems from time to time.
